I'm Timothée, a 29 years old french writer. Currently living in my van, in the south of France, with my dog and two cats, while publishing my second book. 🍃💕

Hello theree,
I'm Timothée (he/they), a 29 years old french writer, living and travelling in his very own campervan since this summer.
After studying creative writing in uni for two years, I devoted myself exclusively to writing my second novel, and to the publication of my first one (Les Pieds dans l'eau, Éditions Lunatique if any frenchy wants to check it out haha). Since then, I'm writing the third one, while publishing n°2. ✒️
I also do a lot of slam poetry which is a form of art where the poetry is spoken out loud. You deliver your poem through speech and performance instead of conveying it as the written word. Currently working on my first ep.
Besides writing, I enjoy horse riding, litterature, hiking, gardening, meditating in nature, watching movies, cooking good meals, drinking a nice beer in a pub, and taking care of my two cats and my dog. 💚
They are the main reason I wished for a van, to travel with them everywhere. As you can probably imagine (if you have pets as well), it's impossible for me to live them behind. They're really friendly towards others humans and animals. You can find pictures of them on my profile, if you want! 🐶 🐱
For five months, in winter 2022/2023, I was in Ireland, doing wwoofing around the country. ☘️ It was one of the best experience of my life, truly! Lots of work with horses, especially. :)
After that, I came back to start working on my writing (the ep mostly) and converting a van into a home. I built her all by myself (with some help from my dad), and now, we're good to go! She's a Renault Master L3H3, so lots of room for a my little family of four haha. I would love to meet other people living on the road, and maybe go for a trip somewhere at some point. :)

✒️ As a writer, I'm quite good at creative writing. I also studied it in college for two years.
And with slam poetry, I learned how to be on stage, speaking and delivering poems with loud and confident attitude. 🎤
🐎 I did horse riding for seven years, when I was younger. I'm a Galop 4 (french), which is an intermediate level in the UK I think.
My skills are : show jumping, dressage, flatwork. I can also help cleaning the stables and taking care of horses. Did it for four months in Ireland.
🐶 I'm very good with animals and I absolutely love taking care of them, play with them, or simply be around them. I have a dog and two cats myself.
🪴 I love cooking and gardening. Back when I was still living in a house, I had a small vegetable garden, so I know the basics, but I would love to learn more about harvesting and growing plants in a sustainable way.

Besides of writing, horse riding, listenning to music and enjoying a nice beer, I love board games and I'm always eager to discover new ones.
As I mentioned, I am traveling with my pets (two cats and a dog) in my van (she's a Renault Master L3H3 so she's not that big, but she takes some place nonetheless).
The van needs to be plugged in to have electricity. I have a small solar panel, but it's not made to be plugged all day/night long. It has a toilet, but no shower. Other than that, I have a small kitchen in it, a large bed, and living area (and music studio yes, yes). My cats love it, and they mainly stay in it ; they do go outside a lot, but they always come back to the van. My dog usually stays attached to it. She has a tendancy to run away once she's at ease in a place, however, she usually stays by me (oh and she barks if someone is messing with the cats, she's very protective of them).
