My friends would describe me as an outgoing, easygoing, and friendly individual with a passion for connecting with new people and exploring the world. My passions are spread positivity and learning from diverse cultures. Traveling is something I have always wanted to do. I aim to use travel as a way to immerse myself in different lifestyles, traditions, and landscapes. I am hopeful to meet some amazing travellers and locals and to really learn about the place I am in. Travel has always inspired me to challenge myself, get out of my comfort zone and grow as a person and contribute positively wherever I go. When I'm not volunteering, you can find me catching waves and enjoying the serenity of the ocean, or spending time with friends, as the ocean and people are my two biggest passions!

I have worked in a range of industries and had many different experiences!
I grew up in a small town in New Zealand, on a dairy farm. I have some experience doing farm work and milking cows. I have worked in many hospitality businesses, the main one being a restaurant/bar/takeaway store/dairy. I also have worked in a New World supermarket on checkout for a couple of years. These roles have given me plenty of experience in customer service, serving drinks/food and money handling.
I studied law at university, finishing in November 2024. I have worked in two law firms during and after my studies. This has given me organisational skills, professional skills and client experience.
I have a range of other skills that I haven't necessarily worked in, but have gathered over the years. I love young children and often babysit for friends and family. Kids love me and we always have a bunch of fun. I am very responsible with children and when I become a parent in the future, I would like to do gentle parenting. I also know how to surf and I love to teach others. I have taught a lot of my friends the basics (as I'm not great at the technical stuff myself), and love doing it. I also have experience photographing my friends surfing and hope to get into Professional Surf Photography in my spare time in the future. I also love taking photos and videos and capturing moments. My instagram is a testament to this, and I love social media, although I haven't necessarily worked in it in the past. I have videographered my friends wedding recently though. I also have lived with friends for the last five years in flatting situations, so am used to being surrounded by people and cleaning. I am a clean freak and love doing housework!
I LOVE meeting new people and am a very outgoing person. I can't wait to meet some new friends on my travels and through Workaways.

I love learning new things and am always down for an adventure! I enjoy hiking, swimming, surfing, markets, playing cards or board games, playing sports, being at the beach and meeting new people! I love a boogie and am always first on the dance floor at a party. I love music and having a couple of beers. I'm also always the first to suggest a crazy idea and ways to fill in the day - I love to be busy.
