Kia ora,

I’m Tay, a born & bred Kiwi slow-travelling through Asia.

I'm on a journey to experience and learn from different cultures, their values, food practises and how they are interacting with our changing world.

Growing up in Aotearoa, I would ordinarily be
making the most of the nature on my doorstep, crafting up a project to learn a new skill, or catching up with friends over food or with live music. Over the last few summers, I endeavoured into van life & lived self-sufficiently around NZ chasing waves, walks & natural wonders - & personal growth.

Passionate about storytelling & sustainability awareness, I would love to connect with people & provide support with copywriting, marketing & community engagement projects. I am also interested in curating meaningful dining experiences & learning more about farm to fork, with 8 years experience in hospitality and catering.

During my travels, I have spent almost two months volunteering and consulting at permaculture farms around Thailand. I have grown my seed pf knowledge around ecovillage living and permaculture principles while helping them grow their business systems, processes and digital marketing efforts.

Despite my background, I’m always keen to try new things & help out where I can! My travel has no end date so I’m very flexible.
