Hello there,
I’m a 22 year old Australian who is looking for some volunteer work throughout the UK this year.
I have a passion for animals, having grown up on a farm with cattle, horses and dogs. Over the past several years, I have worked in the hospitality industry as well as dog walking and house sitting.
Last year I graduated university with a Bachelor of Wildlife and Conservation Biology and have experience working in rural and remote areas with wildlife, which I love! I have spent the last several months traveling through Europe and the UK and am eager to settle somewhere for a couple of weeks and complete some volunteer work!
I am hardworking, enthusiastic and eager to apply my skills (whilst hopefully learning new skills) to help my host!

My skills include:
Working with animals, I have experience in working with animals, especially horses and can handle, brush, ride, rug etc. I have worked and volunteered as a dog walker for several years, and love spending hours out exploring nature with a pet companion! I have also grown up on a farm so have experience with livestock.
I have a bachelors degree in wildlife and conservation biology and have experience working in remote areas, camping for several weeks, long work days and completing environmental conservation work with animals. I enjoy work where I can be outside and in nature!
I have some experience working with children, I have a working with children check in Australia, and have previously worked as a babysitter.
I have great customer service skills, having worked in hospitality for the past 7 years. I have gained the ability to work in a high pressured environment calmly and efficiently whilst also creating a good relationship with my customers.
