Description
We love traveling as a family and experiencing new cultures and meeting people from all over the world. We have three daughters, ages 14, 12 and 9. We especially love to feel immersed in a place for a longer period of time, and get to know what it feels like to live there. We love to help out on farms and gardens, work with animals and children, cook, help teach English, and do hands-on crafts of all kinds. Our children love to interact with kids of all ages, they are very good at it in fact!

We are a family of 2 adults and 3 girls (ages 14, 12, and 9) looking to live, work, and learn around the world. The adults (Talia and Daniel) have spent time working on farms in California and Oregon in the USA. Both also have backgrounds in education and have worked as teachers of children in many different capacities. Talia is a master gardener and has experience building and maintaining organic, biodiverse, productive, kid-friendly gardens and farms. Daniel has built garden beds, sheds, a playhouse, and has worked on trail crews. Talia has a degree in Nature and Culture from UC Davis, and has worked as an outdoor educator with children of all ages. Daniel has a medical degree also from UC Davis and works as an emergency room physician. The kids enjoy being outside, helping with farm/garden chores, and love all animals. They love playing with kids of all ages. Our two older daughters have worked as babysitters and are so good with children. We all love cooking, and doing hands-on crafts as well. We are all native English speakers. Talia also speaks Spanish, and Daniel speaks French and Spanish.

As we are traveling as a family, we are hoping for a family-friendly environment, where ideally there are other kids to play with, or tasks our children can participate in. We are confident that we can commit to the work requirement as a family, and want to both have a cultural exchange and contribute in a meaningful way to your vision!
