I am a holistic coach (digital nomad) who helps people improve mentally, physically and emotionally. I live a lifestyle based on healthy and sustainable principles and I am looking to increase my skillsets in working with the land, plants, organic food and a healthy lifestyle.

I played for the USA U-19 rugby team, so I am a great team player. I volunteered in the French Caribbean for two years where I had a lot of experience with foreign leaders, logistics, and team training. I have travelled to 45+ countries documenting my learnings and adventures through the medium of blogging, photo and videography. I love to have fun and laugh! Quick learner, open minded, and LOTS of energy. I am open to absolutely any opportunity and challenge and I am looking to make beautiful connections with great humans around the world.
