I have just finished my master's in documentary filmmaking in London and I'm travelling around France before deciding what to do next in life. I grew up in a rural part of the UK near Bristol but have lived in London for the past two years.
My main motive for Workaway is to meet other people, learn new skills, and improve my languages (Hablo español + je parle français!)
I love travelling and especially through Workaway as I've met so many interesting people this way. I've worked as an English teacher in Spain, and studied abroad in Mexico City and Lyon, as well as doing Workaways in the Pyrenees. My eyes have really been opened to how people live and think differently and how culture and language really shapes our identities and experiences.

I love food and vegetarian cooking and I'm happy to help out in the kitchen, around the house or in the garden with any chores or DIY. I speak English, French and Spanish and can help out with any language teaching/tutoring if needed. Having had several part-time jobs in restaurants and cafes I'm also equipped in customer service and juggling different tasks in a busy environment (if relevant!). If you're in need of video work or photography I can help with that too.
Plus, if you have any furry friends I grew up in the countryside with dogs and have experience cat-sitting so would love to look after any pets or animal friends you may have about!

I love music - i dj and play the piano! I also love dancing (ballet and contemporary), writing, reading, playing board games and cards, baking, and exploring nature! I love cinema and making films too - if that's something you're interested in.
