Description
Kia ora workaway family,
We are Steve and Toni from Christchurch, New Zealand where we live with our 21-year-old daughter and 2 dogs, Maggie and Peanut. In March 2025, we are embarking on a 6-month adventure to Europe. We are starting in Athens, then heading north and finishing in Barcelona. We did a similar journey in 1990 on a Contiki tour and now want to spend a bit more time at our favourite spots. Travel has always been our passion and we're excited to explore more of the world while meeting incredible people along the way.
We are reliable helping hands and happy to assist with any chores—whether it’s in the kitchen, garden, building projects or working with animals. Both of us are eager to learn new skills along the way.
We both enjoy:
*Outdoors, tramping, camping, walking our 2 dogs, gardening/growing our own vegetables.
* Most sports and currently play both football and volleyball. We also try to run and swim (pool and ocean) regularly.
* Music and attending live gigs when possible.
* Cooking and enjoying culinary delights from around the world.
We look forward to meeting some of you in the near future.
