Description
Hello, my name is Sandra, I'm from Slovakia, 27 years old. I was born in the small city at eastern Slovakia, studied environmental management at city of Nitra and stayed to live here afterwards. I found a job in automobile industry to work as an environmental engineer, which brang me many experiences in this field. After more than 4 years I found myself stagnating and decided to change my life, step by step, turn off for a little while to have an opportunity to rethink things and to make my dream to travel and volunteer to became true. In my free time I spend a lot of time at our Cultural centre called Hidepark, where I work as a bar manager, I do all kind of sports, mostly hiking, cycling or running, but also collective sports and also I read a lot. Photography, analogue one, is my passion. I have experience with regular volunteering, mostly focused on nature conservation activities with our regional NGOs or small reconstruction jobs/maintenance of properties of my friends or our cultural centre Hidepark. I also spent 3 months in Yellowstone National Park in USA for work&travel program working as a housekeeper. I'm not afraid of any kind of work, I like effectiveness, good food & good beer, spending time with my friends and family, but also can enjoy a time for myself.

In my life I worked, when I was a student, mostly as a barman or waitress, but I also have an experience with housekeeping, administrative work, I was a community activator at European Horizon project (IN-Habit), assisted at various cultural events and so on. Professionally I work as an environmental engineer in a big corporate. In my free time I love to work in exterior, for example gardening, small construction work or volunteering at one of our conservation organizations.
