    Hey! I am Hannes and eager to volunteer at beautiful natural places, getting to know new people and communities and giving time to relaxation and inner peace. Since mid-September 2023 I am on educational leave, meaning that I am able to dedicate more time to travel, adventures, learning new things, embracing what's already there, awareness and in general: the things and people I like. I am also doing a training to be a Holistic Health Coach by next year.

    Born in Tyrol, Austria and based in Vienna, I am into projects social transformation, equality of opportunities, inclusion, theatre (TO), the good life for all, mindfulness, dance (CI), embodiment and related themes. I live in a co-housing project and am passionate about community building and self-exploration.

    Questions I pose myself from time to time: How can solidarity and community thrive in an indivudualised society? What do I want to contribute to a thriving society while enjoying myself? What are coherent ways to actually feel and express my feelings? How can I enjoy being myself in this very moment?

    I also embrace slow travel, exploring relaxed and easy ways of traveling. For a while I have even had the urge to "do nothing" and just watch the waves all day long or be in the forrest for a week to recenter myself after 3 years of working (probably a bit to much) ... I am curious if I will be succesful and spending this quality-me-time :)
    And of course, I love to engage in trusting encounters with people and enriching our lives by sharing perspectives, creating common experiences and learning from each other.

    As I am in Portugal right now I would love to improve my Portuguese. I am happy to give some German or English lessons. I am also fluent in Gibberish by the way (as we all are) and love to speak it with others :D

    I have been working in the social sector for some years and have been involved in theatre projects and volunteering at festivals. Volunteering at farms is rather new to me, so I am happy to learn hands-on. I love being outside and helping in the the garden, in the kitchen (i have worked in tourism and like cooking), or building something with the help of instructions and guidance from an expert :)
    I guess variety of tasks and activites, learning and good company are important to me.

    I am also a good listener and am interested in and working on social innovations for a good life for all.
    I can also host laughter yoga sessions or give playfight workshops :D
    I am also into body work and massaging.

    Happy to sing along, make some music on guitar, watch the bonfire in communion and/or silence, have deep sharings, humour and laughing, go swimming in the ocean, lake or river, do mornging practices to wake up my body, play (board)games, be in nature, enjoy good food togehter ... and so much more :)
