I'm looking to take a break from my 9-5 and experience a different life for a while.
Description
I'm a kindhearted, caring and creative person. I really like reading, sewing and cooking and I am, as people say, "in my grandma era". I have recently started my own garden and I get such a thrill out of seeing the little sprouts appear. I prefer the quiet life like sitting in the sun with a cup of tea or a hot chocolate or going for a dip in the lake. I grew up in Switzerland and nothing brings me more joy than sitting by the river eating an ice cream after a nice swim.
I now live in England and work a very seasonal job, in the ski industry, and I am looking to spend my summer exploring another country, learning some new skills and experiencing a different kind of life.

Having grown up in Switzerland, I am fluent in German and pretty ok at French and Italian (although I haven't spoken either in a while so I am a little rusty). I am fluent in English and I am currently learning Swedish, although very much a beginner. I would love to learn another language if possible and I am happy to share the ones I know with others.

I am pretty good with my hands and at picking up 'crafty' skills. Be it sewing, crocheting, or painting. I donated have very much experience with carpentry but I would love to learn more. I'm a great cook and decent baker, and I really like cooking for other people.
I was an Au Pair for 2 years so have a good amount of childcare experience, we would craft, bake and play together and I even helped with homeschooling during the first lockdown in 2020. I really enjoyed seeing little people learn and grow and witness them developing their personalities and characters.
I am a very organised and a good communicator. I am independent and thorough with the work I do, and pick things up really quickly.
