Hola! Soy Skye, y es mi primera vez usando Workaway. Soy de Peking/Reino Unido, y estoy viviendo en Argentina ahora por unos meses. Crecí bilingüe, y por eso entiendo la importancia de las lenguas especialmente cuando para conocer nueva gente, sus culturas, y que abre muchas oportunidades para experimentar un lugar de verdad. Quiero mejorar mi español, y sumergirme en la cultura argentina. Me encantaría quedarme con un anfitrión que no habla ingles (o chino!) para practicar mi español completamente! A cambio, me gustaría compartir mis experiencias y participar en un intercambio cultural!

Me gusta pintar, patinar, cocinar (y aprender nuevos platos), y conocer gente! Vivo sola, así que puedo hacer tareas del hogar y estoy dispuesta a aprender cualquier cosa. También me encanta estar en la naturaleza, y aunque no tengo mucha experiencia con jardinería, estoy emocionada para aprender nuevas cosas!

Hey! I'm Skye, and new to Workaway. I'm from China/UK, and I'm living in Argentina now for a few months! Growing up bilingual, I've come to understand how important language is in getting to know new people and their culture, and it opens up so much opportunity to truly experience a place. I want to improve my Spanish and become fluent, and fully immerse myself in Argentinian culture. I'd like to stay with a host who doesn't speak English (or Chinese), so I can truly practice my Spanish! In turn, I'd love to participate in a cultural exchange and share my experience being half Chinese and half British!

I love painting, skateboarding, cooking (and learning new dishes), and meeting new people! I live alone, so I am capable of house duties and willing to learn anything that I need to help with. I also love being outside, and although I don't have much experience gardening, I'm excited to learn new skills! I hope to see you soon!!

Me gusta pintar y cualquier cosas creativas! Tambien disfruto mucho cocinar, y me gustaría aprender mas sobre platos Argentinos. Vivo sola, así que puedo ayudar con tareas domesticas sin problema. Ademas, me encanta estar en la naturaleza, y aunque no tengo mucha experienca en jardineria, estoy muy interesada en aprender. Estoy trabajardora y abierto a aprender nuevas habilidades :)
