Description
Taking a few years (or more?) out of being a science teacher to enjoy a bit of travel. Been working for the last three years running construction sites in Guatemala, the Philippines, Poland, Turkey and Nepal. Currently travelling solo up through Zimbabwe heading up to Ethiopia and looking for experiences along the way.

- UK qualified teacher (Secondary Science, Physics specialism - 2007, fourteen years teaching)
- ten projects with All Hands and Hearts (five as volunteer, five as construction staff) in Nepal, Mexico, Guatemala, Philippines, Poland & Turkey
- have experience with carpentry, concrete, ground work, a bit of plumbing, electrical and welding
- last three years I've been running construction sites building schools, toilets, hand washing stations and shade structures in some of the countries above
