Hello!!!

I'm Sietse from the North of the Netherlands, I finished uni a couple of years ago, but decided to travel and work around for a while before settling down and finding a job as an English teacher (if ever). I love learning/ experiencing new things and thrive challenging myself in unknow situations. I've got a hands-on mentality and don't mind getting them dirty!

I'm a bit of a jack of all, many hobbies and interests; active or less active. I love surfing, snowboarding, music, foraging, reading, skateboarding, table tennis, making things; small woodworking projects, cmaking my own clothes(if i have a lot of time on my hands), fixing old roadbikes, big hikes, ice skating, try sports that I haven't done before, reading, cooking; I'm very passionate about food actually, uuhm what else, I love a cold beer on occasion

I'm very social and easy going, always ready to help and take care of others. I'd say I'm a pretty open-minded and thoughtful person, but I'll leave that up to you to judge.
I'm definately not a carpenter of any kind but I'm quite inventive and able to figure things out and making do with materials that are on hand to fix something.

Over the past years I've worked heaps of different jobs in various European countries gaining me all sorts of skills and experiences: from teaching to production work, hospitality, (kitchen, waiting and bar work), construction, cycling courier, dog sitter, parcel delivery, car mover etc.

I've done a fair few workaways, at farms, dogsledding companies, forestry, several hostels and as an au pair.
