My name is Sam and I’m currently travelling around Latin America, living a life-long dream of seeing more of the world in one, extended trip. However, I want to give something back, however small that may be, to the countries I’m visiting and their local people. I’m also currently learning Spanish, with the objective of eventually becoming fluent, and am looking to fully-immerse myself in Spanish by joining a Workaway project/opportunity. Formerly working in Public Relations in London, I’m a strong communicator and writer, who loves to be creative. I have both a Bachelors degree in Public Relations from the University of the Arts London and a Master’s degree in International Marketing from King’s College London. What I lack in knowledge of local markets in Latin American countries, I make up for in enthusiasm, reliability and a hardworking nature.

My hobbies and interests include hiking, watching/playing football, going to the gym. I’m also a huge fan of film and always try to watch films in my free time (even without English subtitles, as I’m finding out is very common in Latin America!)
