Hi, my name is salome, i'm 26 years old I'm currently living in germany. I recently finished a big part of my university studies and decided to take half a year off. I took me quite some time to figure out what i really wanted to do with this time, but finally i decided that workaway would be the best option to help me find what I am actually looking for: I want to work with my hands and see something grow. I am also looking for true and deep conversations. I want to widen my horizon and get back to the things that really make me happy: Nature, peace, time for meditating, writing and drawing.

I attended a steiner school for 13 years. This is a school, where you learn crafting, woodbuilding, housebuilding, gardening... lets say, you learn to work with your hands. I wouldn't say, that this makes me an expert for anything, especially as this time is already some years ago, but I feel like this kind of education gave me kind of selfconfidence when its about working with my hands. Our school trips always lasted several weeks and in most of the cases, it was about working somewhere, most cases at organic farms; e.g. 3 weeks in france, where we helped in the garden, digged a pool and helped in the kitchen. We also helped with the wine harvest.
Still I would say, I need someone to tell me what to do/show me properly or work together with me, I dont feel like doing projects completely on my own. In my free time i sometimes attend to a pottery class if thats important. I definitly am a reliable person, take things seriously and do them in a proper way.

Disclaimer: I have zero tolerance towards racism, mysogyny, climate change denial, conspiracy theories about covid-19... the list goes on. If we don't fit on this, we most likely won't be having a good time. I just want to make this point clear as i consider this the base of every relationship.
I love to play (card) games and have a faible for techno music, but not worries, i think i'll be able to take a break from this as well. Actually the idea of not using my phone seems quite seductive to me.. :-)
