Hello! My name is Sally I am 24 and from Ireland. 1 year ago I graduated from University with a undergrad in science specialising in zoology. Animals of all shapes and sizes bring me most happiness and being outside and learning more about nature and the natural world. I am a positive person and love to learn about other peoples way of life and pick up some new skills. I'm particularly interested in a workaway involving horses, I stared riding when I was 12 on my own pony and spent many hours volunteering in my stables and also trained with my university. I haven't been around horses for 1 year now and I really miss it!

In my teens I worked at my local stables in exchange for lessons while also learning a lot from my own very moody mare at home, Breffni. I had her for 7 years and we learned a lot from each other. I had to sell her when I went to uni. At the stables I kept yard to a high standard, mucking out, grooming, lunging, and feeding for livery clients. Helper at camp weeks, leading children on horses and lessons on horse care.
When I was 17 I got my first waitressing job in a local 4 star hotel. I have 6 years of comprehensive waitressing experience including front of house and customer relations I also worked for 3 months in a restaurant in Hell's Kitchen Manhattan. Key strengths I have gained from my work experience as a waiter, receptionist and involvement with sport are efficient communication, organisation, and being a strong team player.
A big passion of mine is swimming and canoeing, I am also a qualified Swimming instructor through Water Safety Ireland with BLS certificates up to date and am certified to teach all paws, orca, safeties, rescues, and the two-year instructor course for all ages.
My most recent job just finished in June, it was a 6 month internship in a STEM engagement company called CALMAST in South East Technological University Waterford. They run science, engineering and maths events throughout Ireland. My position was to research and organise a week long biodiversity festival catered to all ages and backgrounds with the aim of making the natural world accessible and to create an awareness and appreciation for the wildlife we have on our doorstep. I also learned about running social media accounts and advertising as I was in charge of three of their socials.Age

Feedback
She is hard-working, has a go at anything and was fun to have around.
She was an experienced rider and helped on a lot of our horse-rides as a trail assistant.
She was also amazing with our two children!
Highly recommend Sally to any hosts.
