Xin chào/Hello,

We are Rin and Zen, we come from Vietnam - a small but extremely beautiful country in Southeast Asia. Vietnam is also known as a paradise of coffee and cuisine. Do you know "Pho" and "Banh mi" of Viet Nam? It is in the Top of the most delicious dishes in the world. One day, if you have the opportunity to visit Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam), I can be your tour guide and take you to enjoy our fascinating culinary world.

I (Zen) graduated with a bachelor’s degree in media, but I am very interested in art and related fields, such as music, painting… I have a passion for reading and writing poetry, I like to appreciate the beauty in small things, like a smile or a hug. I am eager to learn about myself and the world, so I am very open to learning about the diversity of every culture with an open heart and an excited soul.

I used to work at a publishing house as a copywriter and in other roles related to media. I really enjoy table tennis and can play very well, so I can guide children if they are interested in this sport. :d .

I have spent a few years researching the methods of teaching English to children and adults who learn it as a second language. I am very dedicated and passionate about teaching, so I am always willing to help, and I also enjoy learning your languages. ^^

I have traveled to some countries like Cambodia, Laos, Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines… But I want to immerse myself with local people by staying with them, helping them, and learning from them so yeah I’m here to connect with the warmest hearts in the world and exchange smiles. :)

I consider myself a very friendly person, willing to learn anything I don’t know and am very dedicated to whatever I do. When I was in Vietnam, I used to organize concerts to raise funds for poor and disabled students. Those were wonderful and meaningful experiences in my life, and I wanted to be able to create more value for everyone around me. It is truly beautiful like a dream, and I have always been a dreamer.

I (Rin) am an active and flexible person. I worked as a reporter for several years after graduating from university. Participating in volunteer activities and helping in difficult situations is one of the missions I always wanted to do. Working in the field of journalism gives me the opportunity to participate in organizing volunteer programs and calling for charity for children in highland areas; fundraising day for breast cancer patients; and writing articles to help children, women, and the elderly in difficult circumstances...

After spending time as a reporter, I switched to marketing. It gives me the opportunity to travel to many countries such as Cambodia, the Philippines, Malaysia, and Thailand... This motivates me want to even more to learn more about cultures and people around the world.

I am a sensitive and emotional person. One of my burning dreams is to become an international volunteer. I want to connect and understand this world in the most natural way, not just traveling. The opportunity to meet and share with someone from a different language and geography is truly extraordinary. That's also the reason I joined Workaway. I hope the universe will help me to be a part of your project.

In addition to a loving heart, I also have skills in communications, journalism, organization, filming, editing, photography, content creation, and marketing. And of course, in addition to English, I am willing to teach you Vietnamese as an honor.

When it comes to my skills, my background is primarily in marketing and content creation. This experience has allowed me to develop strong creative content skills, both in creating compelling stories and paying attention to detail.

Additionally, I have experience in video production and I am happy to create videos as part of my contribution to your project project. Whether it's documenting the process, creating promotional content, or simply capturing memorable moments. I'm happy to use this medium to enhance the overall experience for both me and your team.

I have a strong passion for music and love singing. I enjoy cooking and experimenting with new recipes, especially vegetarian dishes because my partner prefers a vegetarian diet. I also like creating video reviews about culinary and culture to inspire young people.
