Hi,
My name is Gergely Réti (Gergő) and I am from Hungary. I signed up to be a workawayer because I would really like to travel to a northern country like Norway, Sweden, Finland, and I'm mostly interested in sled dogs, so I am looking for a family that have a sled dog farm where I can help around with the daily tasks.
I also have a husky that I adopted from a shelter and I love him more than anything (except for my wife of course), and I have a passion for dogs. I also like winter, the snow, not warm weather, and it has been a dream of mine to visit Northern Europe, and here I have a chance to do that and also help other families in the process, which I am more than happy to do.
I am at a place right now in my life where I have the chance to do this, and I fear that it might be the last chance I can get, so I really want to seize it.
A change of lifestyle from a day to day 9 to 5 office/home office job is what I really need right now, I feel that it would also be somewhat healing to my soul.
I love nature, dogs, winter, sports, hiking and helping people (and dogs) and I hope I will be an appropriate choice for a host here.
