Hi! My name is Nicole, I live in Frankfurt and though living and working in the big city is good, I really enjoy time out in nature. I love running, hiking and doing yoga, I enjoy cooking and baking and I’m curious to discover and to learn new things.

My mother tongue is German, I speak English fluently and French on a decent level. I’m interested in learning new languages, at least a few words :)

I like working with my hands: Painting walls, building things out of wood (though I’m still practising), doing handicrafts in general, drawing.
I like seeding and planting flowers and herbs, helping family and friends in the garden (I don’t have one, unfortunately), and being creative. If there are animals, I’m happy to spend time with and to take care of them. We’ve had a dog when I was a child, and a part of my family still runs a farm, where I’ve spend much time (mainly when I was younger). They have fields around, growing mainly grains. Furthermore, they have pigs, used to have cows and still have a few chicken living in the garden.

Taking photos is also one of my hobbies, and writing as well - I’ve been working for a newspaper. When I’m invited, I’m happy to support by bring some food or cake (which is also food, I know), and I also like being a host for family and friends. Moreover, I enjoy planning and executing smaller events.

Also, I took care of three adorable children as an au pair after I finished school.

Working as a sustainability consultant today, I’m super interested in everything around ESG - writing about all this would exceed space, but I’m happy to talk about it, if it’s an interest topic for you, too.
