Description
Hello! I'm brand new to WorkAway as of April 2019. I have a CouchSurfing account if you would like to see references. I have been traveling in Asia for the last 2 months, and will be here until early June. In the past, I have stayed in city hostels during my travels. My experiences have been wonderful, but I am seeking to move into slightly more long-term living arrangements, to truly immerse myself in more rural environments, and give my time and hard work to passionate people with worthwhile projects, and to learn some things in return. I recently had a "breakthrough" spiritual experience and have been deepening my practice of vipassana meditation. I also am interested in picking up yoga (haven't started yet) and I am learning guitar. I am quite low maintenance, quiet, like to read and write, and I'm a very hard worker. Please consider hosting me :)

Growing up I helped out a lot with my dad's real estate business: construction, landscaping, cleanup, etc. I did the same working for another local real estate landlord in my hometown all through high school. After graduating college, I worked for a startup for a year, as a logistics person and then sales/account manager. There I learned the meaning of stress and hard work! I learned so much, and developed a very positive and problem-solving approach to all my work. I am both capable and grateful for hard physical labor, but I would love to help you problem solve with your projects as well! There's not much work I would turn down.

What else ...
I enjoy everything I do... but I have a particular affinity for making music, playing ping pong, rock climbing, traveling, and learning new languages. There are many other things that I'm sure I've forgotten at the moment :)
