Hello, I am Maria, nice to meet you here :)

I am Canadian-Bulgarian, currently living in Bulgaria. I spent 11 years in Montreal, Canada, where I did my university studies at Université de Montréal. Although I have not yet quit my current job, my plan is to do it in a few months and travel around the world for at least 1 year. I am a passionate traveler, very adventurous, curious about meeting with people from different nationalities, learning about their culture and developing new friendships :).

What else about me ? I would say - a hard worker with an easy-going personality, interested in healthy eating and lifestyle, who also loves meditating, gardening, outdoor activities and crafts, having fun and enjoying life :) I love being in nature and staying connected with nature, no matter mountain or sea.

I Speak English, French, Bulgarian, and intermediate Russian.

I have lived in Canada for 11 years and have double Bulgarian-Canadian citizenship.

Graduated from University of Montreal with B.Sc and M.Sc in Biomedical Sciences and pursued career in the field of Clinical Research on the territory of Canada and Bulgaria.

For the last 11 years, I have been working as a Clinical Research Associate, but feel that I need a change. As my passion is travelling, I am willing to spend at least 1 year abroad, while working part-time and seeing the world.
