Hi everyone! :)
I am a 24 year old woman from Finland. Now that i graduated and before moving on to another school, it is time to make one of my life plans come to reality.
I first got to know work away as a traveling style, when i was sixteen and left to Iceland for the summer.
I spent the hole summer working at this horse stable. I lived with the owners and other workers, of whom became good friends of mine. I fell in love with this style of traveling, how you really see the real culture and everyday life in that country. Learned new skills and ideas.
So after that i always knew that i wanted to travel like this again. And now is that time!!
My plan is to travel as a workawayer from November 2024 until May 2025 in a few different places!
HERE IS ME IN A NUTSHELL
- trained photo- and videographer,
Mostly work at photojournalism in a newspaper and do other photography gigs. I would love to build up my skills along the travels.
- love and know animals.
Ridden horses for 11 years and owned one icelandic horse myself. Worked with sheep and trained dogs. I feel very comfortable around animals and working with animals is definetly one of my strenghts.
- very positive and open minded.
I laugh and smile a lot. I am socially extroverted and love getting to know people. I´ve been praised at work as the one who makes the group spirit go up!
- I get along with children very well.
Worked as an camp leader at many horse camps and also worked in a community center with school aged kids.
Also i was fourteen when i got my my first younger siblings and along with that learned alot about taking care of kids :D

Morality is a big guideline in my life. Equality, eco friendliness and acting like, and growing to be a good person.
Im a very conscious person, im aware of my weaknesses and strenghts and like to develope myself. I value good communication in every aspect of life.
Some other things about me:
I have a high "lust for life" , i get very passionet about things and have a constant curiousity to learn. I feel like community and helping others are important things in life and want to further those things in the world while traveling. I think thats why workawaying suits me well.
Few hobbys of mine are yoga, crocheing and swimming!
