Description
Hi !
We're Grégoire and Mila, a french couple of 22 years old travelling this year through New Zealand, South America and the Carribean. We're planning on helping here and there as workawayers and explore the place.
Now here's a little more about us :
Grégoire is into many different sports such as kayaking, skiing, cycling and surfing and he also enjoys doing some woodcraft, DIY, cooking, and gardening ; he's always putting a lot of passion and care into what he does. His working fields are forest management, tree climbing, and wine making, and he'd like to share and learn new methods on these fields this year.
Mila is studying to become a teacher in primary school. She'd like to use our travelling year to discover alternative ways to teach and share with other educators and students from all around the world. She's learning how to play the guitar, and loves to meet new people and experience new things, to do some manual work and DIY, to take care of animals, to read.
As scouts, we go on camp every summer and we work on projects with children beetween 8 and 17 years old during the school year.
And we'd really like to learn how to sail this year, and to spend time on boat renovation or this kind of project to understand better how this all works.
We both are joyful young people who love spending time outside, hiking, contemplating nature and going on adventures, but also meeting new people and spending quality time with them :)
It matters to us to be respectful to the planet and to the people, and we're looking for places to stay that fit to this vision.

They worked so hard cleaning out & organizing sheds one of which is a huge workshop stacked with tools and machinery in a dreadful mess. They took everything outside, organised it and put back into a huge clean space I haven't seen for a few years!
