Konnichiwa! 🇯🇵 I am a new workawayer!
I am currently traveling all of the world with my Australian husband, Henry 🐨🇦🇺
We are planning to travel for 18months and it’s been for 5months now!
I used work as a primary school teacher in Japan for 3.5 years and currently I am a teacher at Japanese bilingual primary school in Australia. So I am also interested in seeing local schools education during this trip, and how the kids are learning at school.
So far this trip, I have volunteered at schools in Philippine, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, India, Nepal, Kyrgyzstan and Turkey.
I am happy, energetic, easy-going and love talking to people.
The main purpose of traveling and doing work away are not only seeing the new countries, but also meeting local people and experience the local cultures throughout helping/supporting you/children/animals. The memories of spending time together with people and animals will last longer in our hearts than just going to sightseeing.
I love children, animals and natures. I used to belong in the Japanese traditional dance club. I love cooking Japanese food. I used to teach children Japanese cultures/language through games as I was a Japanese language teacher in Australia. If you would like me to cook/teach language or cultures/traditional dance of Japan, please please don’t hesitate to ask, I am very happy to do that !
