Right now we are working in a big hotel in Banff, Alberta but in April we want to do a road trip to head to the east of the country.

Hi,
we are Maximilian and Marie from Germany. We are 19 and 18 years old and want to travel through Canada. During our adventure we want to experience the canadian lifestyle and nature. In our freetime we like to ride bikes and spending time with friends. We both like skiing in the winter season.
We are open for every type of work, so working with animals is very appreciated. But in general we do not care about the kind of work.
In addition we are looking forward to improve our language skills during this time.

Both of ours were working in a catering business while high school. Therefore we have social skills when talking to other people. We know what it feels like to work hard in a small amount of time and can stand pressure. Adapting to new situations is no problem for us. We got gardening experience at our first Workaway near Vancouver and we are interested in improvement of our gardening skills.
Right now we are working as Housekeepers at the Fairmont Banff Springs.

What else ...

We are a couple which is likely to spend time with family and friends. Normally we would play some cards or games whenever there is time.
Marie played volleyball for 5 years and is looking forward to play a bit volleyball in Canada. She loves to ski and organise. In general she is a very structured person, but can also be spontaneous. In highschool, she had German, English, French and Spanish and even graduated in german and french.
Maximilian used to play Handball for a long time. He is the total opposite cause he doesn’t like plans and is open for every new adventure and experience. Max went to a french school since first grade and speaks fluently German and English but does understand French.
