Hi! I'm Daniela, I'm from Costa Rica and have been traveling for the last couple of years after I moved to the Middle East in 2016 and had to travel a lot for work, so far having travelled to 70 countries. I have studied different things along the way mainly in the wellness field, which are no all part of my job and what I do! I am a Yoga Teacher, Sound Healing Practitioner, Health Nutritionist and Photographer. I joined Workaway because I also did a Permaculture Design Course back home and I truly enjoy making the most of my travels by deepening my learnings and skills in regenerative farming and sustainable lifestyle practices. I love getting to explore the biodiversity of the places, connecting with the local people and traditions, cooking nourishing food and overall learning from different tasks and crafts while also contributing my skills! So far, I've done farming volunteering through other platforms; this is my first time with Workaway.
I believe intentions that come from the heart makes the world a better place, more than classifying things into good or bad. After all, we are all here making big positive impact once we align with nature, the heart and reflect it outwards; that's when the ripple effect starts expanding onto others.
I'm looking forward to visit farms that are very intentional in what they do.
I'm new in Workaway but here is a feedback from the other volunteering platform (I have done volunteer work for a family farm in Nepal and a buddhist permaculture farm called Dharmalaya in India, both were wonderful experiences):
