Description

My name is Mac! Just finished up school in Santa Barbara, but I grew up in Bend, Oregon! Been looking for a change of pace and scenery. Been wanting to move to NZ for years now, and finally got the courage to just buy the ticket and do it! I love the outdoors, and have been climbing, snowboarding, and skating for years! Also a huge crafter/amateur musician! I'm beyond stoked to explore this country and I thought staying with locals would be such an awesome way to immerse myself in the lifestyle and culture that NZ has to offer. I eventually wanna get a job as a snowboard instructor in Wanaka, but in the mean time, I wanna explore as much of NZ as I can!

I've been exposed to the outdoors since I was a kid and have a ton of camping and wilderness experience! I honestly just love to be outside, it's as simple as that. So anything that puts me there- I'll figure out how to do.
