Hey!
Like so many other wonderful people on this website, I'm a curious and open minded person hoping to find and help out in a place where I can connect with nature and likeminded people. I'm definitely the happiest when I'm surrounded by nature with dirt under my nails, and though I'm no expert in neither gardeing nor building, I'm very eager to learn and don't mind working long, hard hours.
After finishing my bachelor in political science in Denmark, I've spent the last 1,5 years playing outside doing tons of different outdoor activities, learned more about permaculture, worked a bit as a janitor and been out sailing for two months. This September, I'm staring my masters in political science. With a passion for fighting climate change and a wish to change the system from within, I hope to do what I can to support a more holistic worldview in politics. I volunteer in a think tank focusing on sustainable agriculture and food production systems and have worked in an NGO fighting for nature conservation in Denmark.
I'm always interested in learning more about how we can minimize our impact on the environment whether the subject is sustainability, veganism, ecology, permaculture or anything in between. For this reason I'd also love to volunteer at a place where environmental awareness is highly valued.
What I wish to get from a workaway experience is simply the opportunity to help out and make a difference in any way I can.I I have a very practical and hands-on mentality and don't mind a challenge - or getting my hands dirty!

I love cooking and would definitely be able to help out in the kitchen (preferably cooking plant based meals). I have experience with horses and would love to help out with anything related to animals. I love being outdoors and doing practical work and have a bit of experience with building and some with gardening, but I'm very keen to learn more!
