Kia ora! I have come from Aotearoa, New Zealand to explore Europe's diverse outdoor and urban landscapes. Eventually I hope to find a country and city I love to settle, live and work for a few years.
I have spent the last two years living in New Zealand's capital city, Wellington—working as a graphic designer in an urban design and architecture studio. My adventures have been limited to evenings and weekends, so I'm incredibly excited to now spend more of time exploring this wonderful planet we live on.
I am a keen rock climber, hiker, cyclist, musician, urbanist, cook and creative. Across all of these pursuits I am inspired by the natural environment and I hope my work away experience can I help me deepen my ecological thinking and living. I am especially exciting to swap the keyboard and mouse for tools and make use of my hands and body under the summer sun.

I am fit and physically capable—I enjoy making use of my hands and body in my work. I am a generalist—a jack of all trades—making me very adaptable and quick to learn. My time studying and working in design has equipped me with a curiosity and creativity that sees me take to new tasks with passion and initiative. I enjoy drawing, painting and making objects. I have spent many years working in hospitality and the service industry and have great people skills—empathy and careful listening are especially important for good relationships with workmates, friends or customers.
