Hello! My name is Léo, I am 23 years old, I have just obtained my PE teaching diploma. I have explored mindfulness as a teaching tool, particularly through outdoor sports. After a few years in the French education system, I felt the need to evolve differently. My desire? To discover Norway and its educational values, as close as possible to nature, to enrich my vision and my practices. I aspire to learn from others, from what surrounds me, and to grow both professionally and personally, to the rhythm of authentic encounters and experiences. This adventure is for me a way to broaden my horizons while remaining faithful to what I love: simplicity, sharing, connection to nature and our emotions. Hoping that you will be sensitive to my approach :)

I grew up helping my father, a dedicated farmer who embraced the challenge of biodynamic viticulture to cultivate his 20-hectare vineyard on his own. Spending countless hours by his side, I developed a strong connection to hard work and nature.
On the other side, my mother, a former high-level judo athlete and coach, later became a nurse. She passed down to me her tenacity, passion for effort, and love of sports. Rink hockey, in particular, has been my sport of choice for over 15 years.

Through five years of studying physical education, I gained valuable experience in teaching and animation, especially with young children.

Mountains have always been a source of inspiration. Thanks to my parents, I’ve spent my life exploring the Pyrenees, often with my younger sister by my side. We grew up in the countryside, always surrounded by our animals ! My best memory to testify to this is the moment before going to school - every morning - when we gave our baby goats a bottle !

In addition to these experiences, my curiosity has led me to work in various roles: hospital staff, delivery driver, babysitter, customer service, coaching, refereeing, and, of course, more time in the world of viticulture !
