Hello everyone, my name is Kylie, I am from Sydney Australia and have embarked on an adventure to truly experience and immerse in cultures all around the world. So far I have enjoyed amazingly positive cultural exchange experiences as a volunteer for workaway and worldpackers. I am motivated by sharing an authentic and genuine exchange of culture, extremely respectfully learning about your way of life all while being able to bring an extremely strong work ethic. I am kind, thoughtful and most importantly very respectful. I have a background in corporate management, however made a considered and conscious decision to really live and not just exist. I travelled solo when I was younger, then as an adult took my children on a trip around Australia, home schooling them while giving them the best education, hands on life experience. My children are young adults now so I'm taking this opportunity to explore the world while I have great fitness and before kids have their own. I look forward to meeting so many of you, I've already hosted friends in Sydney before I leave for my trip, being from Norway, Netherlands and Canada. My passion of sailing has also given me friends from Switzerland, Germany, Russia, America, Canada, Brazil and more. Thank you everyone, take care and be safe and kind.

I come from a background in Marketing Management and most importantly customer and user experience in the Corporate world, which followed many years of administration management. I have a passion for people and their experiences, with a friendly and empathetic approach to problem solving. My professional experience coupled with raising and being part of a family has given me patience with people, the ability to learn, be part of a team and to provide guidance and mentoring when appropriate. I am a keen sailor, love to keep fit and be actively and thrive when I know I can making a meaningful contribution in any situation. From online, administration and marketing skills to keeping a home clean and tidy, welcoming friends and spending quality time with children and animals I have a nicely balanced skill set that makes me comfortable in my own skin, yet eager to learn so much more.

I love being on the water, am a keen sailor and love fitness and nature. Animals, cats and dogs are very close to my heart. Being a mum, I love being around children and nurturing them, I equally love being hosting people and making sure they have an extraordinary experience. Cooking in a passion, I'm no 5 star chef, but making heart warming meals in a brilliant way to relax and connect with everyone.
