Hello, I'm Kayla :-) I'm inspired by travel/exploration, mindful movement, connecting with others, and the simple beauty of nature. Devoted to living a more intentional life filled with curiosity and presence. I'd love to learn about permaculture, botany, or organic farming in a community setting. Eventually, my vision is to create a conscious community that is self-sustainable and shaped around themes of creativity, empowerment, and exploration of spirituality.

I'm a newbie yoga teacher and reiki practitioner and enjoy guiding movement/breathwork and holding space. Constantly learning and finding new ways to incorporate spirituality and mindfulness into daily life to live more in tune with the cycles of nature and my internal cycles. I love sharing my practices, philosophy, and energy with others. I have experience with caring for children and those with disabilities, pets, and miscellaneous household things. I love creating and cooking nourishing meals with whole foods. My educational background is in marine biology, and I have experience with scuba and freediving. I'm a great listener and enjoy hearing people's stories and appreciating their quirks and humanness. My intentions for 2023 are to share more openly about my life experiences online. To create content around intentional living, healing, wellness, movement, spiritual practices etc.

I travel with my cat, and trusty sidekick Sebastian. He's ~4 years old, gray, an indoor/outdoor cat, and my spirit animal. He loves traveling and is super adaptable. As long as he's with me, he's content. He has an adventurous spirit and is a bundle of love. He's lived in many different environments with both cats and dogs.
