I believe that this life is about experiential learning. I want to experience as many ways of life and as much of the world as possible. If I can also help others along the way then I will have fulfilled my purpose. I can't wait to see what I learn next.

I am currently a student in Holistic Health and Spiritual Guidance. I only have 1 - 2 online classes per week (aproximately 3 hrs each) so the majority of my time can be spent helping hosts!

Most of my work experience has been in child and animal care. I worked as a nanny for many years and now mostly work as a dog groomer. I have some minimal experience as a cashier as well as in general maintenance on camp grounds (cleaning washrooms, washing dishes, garden maintenance, etc). However I am always ready to learn new things and am a good listener!

I generally travel with my lovely dog Mia. She is a well-trained, 20lb hypoallergenic terrier mix and my companion in life.

I am a very creative person! I would love to be involved in any creative projects though my artistic experience has purely been a hobby thus far.

Kit is an angel! She was extremely respectful of my old hermit's habits. She's a very quick learner, although she had no experience in construction she was very attentive and was a great helper. She's a great cook, too... and just such a sweet human being, quiet, sincere and profound. Her dog Mia is sweet, too... It was a true delight to host them!
