The traveling sort, although I haven't been out on the road for awhile... I love drawing, dancing, sailing, reading, go, fossil collecting, cooking etc. I like to fix stuff and work with my hands/ outside. I work as an engineer on a tallship, and am currently on break between seasons. For the past seven years I have been building a ferro-cement ship in Catalonia with a group of crazy hippies, and I when that is finished I hope to sail around the world.

Tall and lovely Lily. What a treasure. A delightful guest, fitted in well, good at maintaining her own space but great to share. She was an efficient and intelligent worker and didn’t mind what she did, nor was she a clock watcher, we had to send her off for walks or she would have carried on regardless.

My time at the farm in Hardanges, though short, was very sweet. Jackie and Vic are just about the kindest, most generous people you can hope to meet. Jackie is one vivacious mamasita and Vic is very gentle and kind, and a very good cook. It feels like a very healing place, where you can go to just BE. Lilly stayed with us for short period but we really got a good work from her and it was so interesting the things we learnt from her.

Although I only stayed with Rosa and her family for ~2 weeks, I really enjoyed my time with them, and felt like I learned a lot about Catalan culture. Lilly is a kind and talented woman who is not afraid to work hard when needed. She was here three weeks but could have got to be here three months. Missing her happy face in the morning when she asked what I do today. I can recommend Lilly if anyone wants a good woman to help in the garden. Good luck Lilly

My time with Roger on his farm was great! He is a very kind and generous man who went out of his way to make sure we were having a good time (driving us into town, firing up the sauna, etc). The work was enjoyable and not too much-- I would definitely recommend staying here. Thanks Roger :-)
