Hello! I am a psychology graduate from England, currently travelling around South East Asia! So far I have volunteered in hostels in Koh Phangan and Vang Vieng, as a bartender/receptionist/social event manager. I have spent the last month volunteering as a music teacher in Kep, Cambodia.
I started my travelling journey two years ago, spending all of 2023 exploring Australia, working in a variety of jobs (including au pairing and working for accommodation in hostels). Last winter, I worked in Finland/Norway/Sweden as a holiday rep, and then volunteered in cultural exchanges around Italy/France in the summer.
I am a very caring, responsible and friendly person, always up for an adventure.

I have experience of working within healthcare roles, such as a mental health assistant, a dementia carer and support worker.
I have also worked within schools as a SEN teaching assistant, and au-paired in Australia, so have experience with working with children of different ages.
I play multiple instruments and regularly perform in restaurants, as well as providing music therapy services in schools and dementia carehomes.
Throughout the years, I have worked in hospitality, so am very familiar with waitressing and bartending roles. I have just finished a job as a sales representative, which also strengthened my ability to connect with customers and be a point of contact for issues and queries.
I spent a year in Australia using only hostels as accommodation, so am very familiar with hostel etiquette! I also worked in one for a few months, as a housekeeper/receptionist/management role. I have since worked in hostels in both Thailand and Laos, helping to organise social events and working the bar. I am currently working as a music teacher in Cambodia.
