Hola :-)
Soy Justine, o Jus (como me dicen acá). Crecí en el campo de Bélgica, en una familia numerosa, rodeada de animales (cabras, gallinas, gansos, perros, gatos).

La gente dice que soy muy sociable y estoy de acuerdo: me encanta conectar con la gente y escuchar sus historias de vida (aunque a veces también disfruto de mis momentos de calma y soledad). Me veo como una persona abierta, adaptable y curiosa.
Estos rasgos me llevaron a mudarme y vivir en el extranjero varias veces (Estados Unidos, España, Italia, Flandes y ahora Argentina) con el principal objetivo de sumergirme completamente en la cultura y ser parte de ella.

Estoy en workaway para aprender (literalmente) cualquier cosa nueva, reconectarme con la naturaleza, contribuir a un objetivo mayor y sumergirme en la cultura argentina.
Generalmente tiendo a aprender rápido y no le tengo miedo al esfuerzo físico.

I am Justine, or Jus (as they call me here). I grew up in the countryside of Belgium, in a big family, surrounded by animals (goats, chickens, geese, dog, cats).

People say I am very sociable and I would agree: I love to connect with people and hear about their life stories (although at times, I also enjoy my moments of calm and solitude). I see myself as an open, adaptable and curious person.
These traits led me to move and live abroad several times (United states, Spain, Italy, Flanders) with as main objective to immerse myself completely in the culture and be a part of it.

I am on workaway to learn about (literally) any new thing, reconnect with nature, contribute to a larger goal, and immerse myself in the argentinian culture.
Generally, I tend to learn fast and I am not afraid of physical effort.

Por mis experiencias viviendo y estudiando afuera, hablo de manera fluida 4 idiomas (francés, español, inglés, y neerlandes) que podría también enseñar. Hace poco terminé un doctorado en psicología del trabajo, especializandome en el liderazgo moral. Parte de mi trabajo era dar conferencias sobre mi investigación en varios países. De manera general, mi carrera me formó a ver organizaciones de manera holistica, con el objetivo de mejorarlas tanto por lado de los empresarios que de los empleados. También estoy especializada en el analisis de datos.
En cuanto a cosas más prácticas, trabajé en el turismo: fui guía (en español) en la cerveceria delírium en Bélgica. Monté 10 años a caballos, siempre tuve animales y me encanta cuidarlos. También amo cocinar (y según mi entorno se me da bien!).
