Hi, it is a pleasure to my that your read my profile. So go on to experience more.

My name is Joris and I am 19 years old and I'am living in Frankfurt Germany right now.
I grew up in this city which is well known for its internationality maybe that is a reason why
I am interested in different countries and people as well.
When I am not between skyscrapers I try to be somewhere outside, in the nature or nearby
mountains. Where I can relax and power out.

That is why, I would describe myself as someone who needs expressive and quiet moments.
In my leisure time I go running, play Hockey and Tennis and the winter is for skiing.
Reading books and being in the nature is as well important for me when I am not out along with
friends but I try to manage to find time for everything.

I also want to keep these moments and memories alive, that is why I am into photography.
All the fotos you can see on my profile, are some of my favorite ones I took. Flying with my
drone is an absolutely new perspective and the whole scenery is way different than one
experience it from the ground. Traveling is perfect for new spots to go, experience and fly. And as well share afterwards.

When I am on the go, I definitely need to explore whether it is the highest summit, the ocean or
the local life. Being in a completely silent moment under water while diving or enjoying the busy
atmosphere of a city at night is something wonderful to me. Trying something new is a challenge I
like to accept and a great way as well to get to now new other people and as well parts of its own
personality.

I went to many countries in Europe and the South East Asian region and I am openminded
to the people I meet.
My next projects are exploring the (very) north of Europe by train and return to the US.

It would be a pleasure getting to know you and to share some parts of our journeys together.

More details about my language interests
My next project is to learn Italien. That is a language I used during my vacation and I definitely want to keep on. I can communicate on a simple basis but my goal is to get to know more words and become more fluent. I can imagine teaching the other languages I speak. When I will go where I never been before, I try to learn the basics of this language. On the one hand to get along in an unknown country and on the other to get to know the culture and people.

I am not sure what you are looking for but here are some things I can do or did so far. So
hopefully some of the things listed below fits to you needs or even inspire to try something
new with my help.

- I am skilled working with wood with my own hands. I started when I was 4 years old and there
are some projects which I am really proud of.
- Garden help. Even if I live in a city I am at least several weeks on the lake of constance in southern
Germany where we have a big garden which needs care.
- Planing and organizing: I like it to make cool and new things but for this it is necessary to plan in
advance. So I am able to work with a computer.
- Computer knowledge: I am skilled to use the office programs effectively and programming and 3D
models are known to me. And I am into videography, that means that I cut and create videos
- Photos: as mentioned earlier, I am into taking photos and creating drone shots
- teaching / tuition: I give lessons in math for pupils
- Driving license: for more than two years I am able to drive automatic and classic cars with a stick
(please remember that due to regional differences in law there can be restrictions)

What else ...

I think I wrote some of the most important things above. The question about my favorite board games is one I didn't think about but I enjoy playing board games (e.g. Catan or Monopoly - I think the other ones aren't that well known). And besides some circuits in Mario Cart I am very poor in playing computer games.

  I don't eat fish and meat on a very inconsistent basis and I try to reduce that as well. But on the other hand I look forward trying out new food.
