Hello everyone, and welcome to my page! My name is Joe and I am 22 years old. I have recently decided to leave my position at work to explore my roots. Although I was born in the UK, my grandad was born in a small village in Calabria, Italy. I’ve always felt more Italian than British, which has inspired me to explore the country and learn the language.
Whilst travelling, I would love to learn about farming in an environmentally friendly way. I’m a hard worker, quick learner and want to make an impact on wherever I go. I take pride in my work and that’s something that’s important to me. I’m a very active person and I like to keep busy. I like to spend a lot of my time outdoors, whether that’s playing sports (football or running) or exploring (camping and hiking).
I love meeting new people, experiencing new cultures and learning new things. I'd like to improve my Italian whilst I am away so I can communicate with family members. My other hobbies include photography and design.

As mentioned before, taking pride in my work is important to me. I have a good attention to detail which is shown through my ability to concentrate and complete work thoroughly and accurately. Although I can work well in a team, I can also work independently. I also like problem solving and always try to find the most efficient way possible to do something. Bonus skills include being fit and strong from my active lifestyle. I have a small experience of gardening, painting, DIY etc
