Hello, my name is James and I am 23 from the United Kingdom. I have recently finished my studies and am now looking to experience new cultures, learn new skills, connect with new people and develop as a person. So far I have travelled through Central Europe and recently spent a month in the Philippines. I am now excited to be making my way through Canada.

I'm an open minded and easy going person who is always keen to learn new things and try different experiences. I'm always happy to help out and not afraid of getting my hands dirty.

In my free time I enjoy reading, music, hiking, running, cooking (with varying success), trivia, history and sports. But I am always open to new interests and experiences. I'm looking forward to connecting with new people and being part of some amazing projects

Good with hands on stuff - I have much experience in manual labour, whether that be warehouse work, product assembly, DIY around the house, helping my grandad with his motorbikes or helping my grandma in the garden.

Physically fit - I enjoy working out often and going for runs and walks. I also play a few sports recreationally, mainly basketball and football (soccer).

Teamwork/Cooperation - I've completed many projects at university whilst working with others. I also worked as a team leader for a pub in Wales, which could get very intensive, especially during rugby season.

I'm always keen to try and learn new things. I love going for runs and walks in nature and am always looking for new routes to tackle. I've always enjoyed building things, from server frames for a fabrication company to Lego sets when I was a kid. I'm happy to be hands on and get stuck into anything.
