Hi I'm Jack, currently working as a chef in London where I've spent the last 10 years working initially as a carpenter and now as a chef. As the name suggests, I like to consider myself a Jack of all trades!
I have experience in carpentry (mainly as a furniture maker) also some renovation experience (plastering / plaster boarding, rendering, brick laying etc..) I've worked as a chef for the last 7 years from pizza to Japanese cuisine and have specialised in vegan food.
I'm currently looking for a break from all of the noise in London and the stresses of working long hours and would like to reconnect with myself through reducing distractions and living a more simple and intentional life. I'm happy to get stuck in with any work and would love to experience an insight into some of the amazing projects going on globally through workaway.
