Hugo:
I’m an active and creative person who loves being part of a community. I’ve worked as a gardener/landscaper, barista, artist, and in pottery, and I really enjoy hands-on, meaningful work. Helping people, exploring new places, and contributing to a shared project or goal makes me happy. I’m always eager to learn new skills, connect with others, and bring positive energy to whatever I’m doing!

Sophie:
I’m a half-Japanese, half-English professional with experience in retail, hospitality, and fashion. After 7 years in fashion development and merchandising, I’m now in Japan, gaining hands-on hospitality experience as a beginner barista and building on my customer service skills.

I’m a motivated, creative team player who thrives in collaborative environments but can work independently. I love being outdoors, cooking, and trying new recipes. I’m always eager to learn and bring a positive, can-do attitude to everything I do.

I have hands-on experience working with gardening machinery, including strimmers, and I’m comfortable with simple hard landscaping tasks. I’ve put up trellises, made rose climbers, and worked on creating and maintaining garden spaces. Alongside this, I’ve developed strong customer service skills as a barista and enjoy creative projects through my experience in art and pottery. I’m adaptable, hardworking, and always eager to take on new challenges, making me a reliable and enthusiastic addition to any team.
