Whenever I can, I embrace a nomadic lifestyle, traveling and immersing myself in diverse cultures.
finally I am able to fulfil my long-held desire for a solo backpacking experience in SE Asia!!!

I have a master’s in Health Economics, Management, and Policy from the University of Bologna, and my research dives into topics that truly matter to me—socioeconomic disparities, mental health, adolescent wellbeing, intergenerational inequality, women’s rights, and sustainability.

But beyond academics, I believe in creating positive change.
For years, I volunteered at an afterschool program in my neighborhood, mentoring and teaching middle and high school students. I worked as an accompanying tutor for student internships abroad, guiding and supporting them as they explored new professional and personal horizons.
I’ve also been actively involved in local city initiatives, helping organize community events, digital outreach projects, and engagement programs—anything that fosters connection and makes an impact.

Professionally, I’ve worked in public health management and project coordination at the European Commission, where I gained experience in administration, policymaking, and strategic planning.I worked for Facebook and Instagram for 8 months in Lisbon working with digital media and helped small/medium size enterprises with their Ad accounts.

I love dancing, practicing acroyoga, slacklining, reading, photography, exploring philosophy, contemplative discussions as well as light-hearted conversations, gardening, jamming on the drums, and sunsets

I can also cook moderately, I know to cook well Italian and Sri Lankan food.
