We are Maria (23) and Hannah (22), a couple from Germany, excited to embark on a new adventure through Canada! We’ve recently finished our studies—Maria in Educational Science and Hannah in Urban Planning—and now, before diving into our careers, we want to explore the world and experience the unique lifestyle of working and traveling.

We’re both passionate about nature and love spending our free time hiking and discovering beautiful landscapes. Canada’s vast wilderness and national parks have always been a dream for us, and we can’t wait to explore them firsthand!

In addition to our love for the outdoors, we are both animal-friendly and would be more than happy to help care for pets or animals on your property. We’re also eager to meet new people, learn about different cultures, and experience life in a more hands-on way. We’re open-minded, hardworking, and enjoy the idea of helping hosts while gaining new skills and insights along the way.

We’re both quick learners, and our backgrounds in Educational Science and Urban Planning make us versatile in various types of work, whether it's helping with children, working outdoors, or assisting in projects around your home or business.

We’ve both worked in retail for several years, where we developed strong communication skills, learned how to handle various tasks efficiently, and gained valuable experience in customer service. Maria also volunteers with children and has hands-on experience from internships in educational settings, which has given her great skills in working with young people, organizing activities, and managing different responsibilities.

Hannah currently works at a coffee shop, which has sharpened her skills in hospitality, teamwork, and working in fast-paced environments. Prior to that, she worked at a company focused on sustainability and urban greening, where she gained experience in planting and maintaining green rooftops. This background has made her especially passionate about environmental projects and sustainable living.

We’re both avid board game enthusiasts and love nothing more than a cozy game night! Whether it’s a strategic game, a party classic, or something completely new, we’re always up for a challenge and love learning new games.

We’re also big on sports and staying active. Hannah has been playing ultimate frisbee in a club for over three years, while Maria has a diverse sports background from her university days, trying out unique sports like fistball and peteca. Our love for movement extends to the outdoors – hiking, biking, swimming, and exploring new regions are all things we’re passionate about.
