I'm an image and marketing consultant, fundraiser, challenge seeker, and adventurer.
I'm a sports enthusiast but not a professional athlete. I've done Spartan Races, running, and triathlons.
In 2021, I walked nonstop for 100 km from Trapani to Palermo.
In 2021, I cycled all across Italy, from Trapani to the Swiss border.
In 2022, I participated in the Giro d'Italia-E as a rider-reporter.
In 2023 and 2024, I joined the Giro d'Italia-E as the Team Captain for RCS Sport.
I swam with wild dolphins in Australia and with captive dolphins in Malta.
In Detroit, I taught Sicilian dialect lessons and even officiated a wedding.
In Marrakech, I gave cooking lessons. In Istanbul, I worked on video-making projects.
I took part in FreeMantle productions, including Italy's Got Talent and a Rai show with Caterina Balivo. I was selected for contributions on Radio105 with Enrico Papi and Lodovica Comello.
I am a supporter member of La Lega del Filo d’Oro, and I’m also a member of the biker group at IEO, the European Institute of Oncology. In social work, I have supported and collaborated with Médecins Sans Frontières, LILT, and Plastic Free.
My next goals are:
Write and publish an autobiographical book/autofiction
Share my experiences and inspire in a TEDx Talk
Fun fact:
I spend my free time with my grandmothers, taking them out to dinner or, when possible, to the beach.

I am a native Italian speaker, and I know the Sicilian dialect. I speak decent English with an American accent; I learned it during my travels and from videos or music online. I don’t know English grammar very well, but I can understand and make myself understood quite well. I know many Spanish words, and because of that, plus the fact that it sounds similar to Italian, I can understand and say a few things in Spanish.

I can cook pretty well; I'm Italian! I'm organized. I have ideas with potential, and though I don't love to say it...I'm a creative person! I have a good eye for graphic design and photos, but that's not what I want to focus on in these experiences, because media work is my daily routine. With WorkAway, I need to recharge by doing something different.
