Hello! We are Evelina and Gage, a married couple spending the summer traveling abroad before we each begin graduate school. We have found that what brings us the most happiness is traveling and having the opportunity to engage with new people and cultures in terrain unfamiliar to us – and what better way to do it than through Workaway! We are hard working, curious individuals who would to have a variety of experiences learning new skills and making friends in new parts of the world. We are very mature, easy going, low maintenance people who take pleasure in helping others and prefer nature to the city. We have had multiple great Workaway experiences already and look forward to making more memories!

I worked as a third grade teacher for some time, so I have plenty of experience in childcare and education. Other jobs have provided me with experience doing manual labor such as moving, painting, art installation, and building things. Past Workaways have taught me how to garden, work with cement and other building materials, and do various hospitality services. I graduated from college with a degree in Art History. -Gage

I have worked as a Pre-K teacher and as a social worker at non-profit organizations. I have a special passion for working with children. I have experience with assisting individuals in need, cooking and preparing food (especially vegan), and plant maintenance. -Evelina

We had a wonderful stay with Andreas in Asturias. When it comes to leading volunteers and giving his helpers an authentic, enriching experience, it is clear Andreas knows what he's doing. We learned a ton about building with stone, mixing cement, and all aspects of gardening.

We came to Hillegon and Hugo's last minute for 10 days when they needed some extra help with cleaning inspections of the chalets. It was a really great experience, Hilly and Hugo were very accommodating and flexible in regards to our work schedule. What an incredible time we had with Danielle in Dordogne! It was our first Workaway and it surpassed our expectations in all respects. The farmhouse is very beautiful and we were comfortable the whole time, as there's plenty of rooms and space for a good mix of socializing and quietude.
