Hi !
My name is Fanny. I'm a French girl full of curiosity and eager to make new experiences. A few years ago an Interrail trip (my first workaway experience), and a trek in Mongolia last year made me realise that meeting new people and discovering the world is what I really want to do for now.
So, I quit my job working with teens in schools and am yet to embark on my biggest adventure : going from my little french hometown to south-east Asia by train and ferry. No plane, slow travel only.
I can't wait to meet you all :)

Since I plan on traveling in central Asia for a long time, I am very interested in learning Russian. That being said, I'm curious about all languages and would be glad to share my own knowledges.

I have a degree in design graphic and have already painted murals and furnitures. Art is something that I have always loved and keep doing in my free time. I always have a sketchbook on me
During summer, I used to work as a receptionnist for a hotel, and have helped some times with preparing the breakfast and doing the cleaning of the rooms as well.
For the last three years, I have worked with teens aged from 10 to 15 in boarding schools. I helped them with their homework and organized after school activities. Some of the kids were refugees who did not speak french or english, so I have a little experience teaching french. I learned a lot from those children and will miss them dearly.
Finally, I also was an animator for hollidays trip for disabled adults (mainly mental disabilities). I always try my best to be empathetic and celebrate the differences in others.

I love listenning to music (and dancing), then hikes and treks are always nice. I used to practice kickboxing but stopped due to several knee injuries, sport in general is something I enjoy.
I love laughing and playing ... just moving around basically
Oh I almost forgot but I'm also a big reader and looooove long discussions about litterature
