Hi! My name is Esther Anderson, born American and raised Dutch. I’m 22 years old and just finished my Masters’s degree in Cork, Ireland focusing on cultures and languages in Latin America.
I'm taking some months to travel in Argentina/Chile to learn more about the countries, see beautiful nature and speak Spanish! There’s little I enjoy more than being around new people and learning about different approaches to life.
I’m a very positive and active person and don’t mind getting my hands dirty. I’m also always in for a challenge, whether it be physical, mental, or intellectual. For example, in 2021 I designed and built an escape room for an experience hotel in Tuscany, in 2022 I helped build a gate from redwood in California, worked on a goat farm in New Mexico, and helped prune trees and build a shed in Spain.

I have knowledge of woodworking from having made some pieces of furniture by myself and from many carpentry jobs on previous workaways. This means I am comfortable using tools such as circular saws and drills! I also have a knack for fixing things like bikes and furniture. I have experience with caring for animals like goats, chickens, ducks, dogs, and cats, and absolutely love being around them.
