I'm travelling through Europe this summer. My next country will be France and I'm hoping to practice some language skills as well as work or volunteer in the mountains.
Description
I'm an adventurous person with a love for the outdoors, travel and being surrounded by nature. Growing up in a small village in the UK, I have always found happiness in the outside world and the beauty around me. I enjoy hiking and make it a priority to incorporate this into my travels. I love literature, reading and writing, and I find no greater joy than sitting with a good book in the sun. Languages are a big interest for me and, as I currently live in Spain as an English teacher, I would love to improve my Spanish and also practice any other languages. I also have recently found a passion for Zumba and Spanish dance, which relates to my background of dance as a child. Motivation for me is found through my friends and family and wanting to experience all this world has to offer.

I love my current position as an English language assistant for primary school children, a job which has kindled a love for English teaching. I would be very interested in sharing my English and teaching knowledge with anyone who wants it.I am interested in all languages and love to pick up words and phrases from any country I visit. I studied French and Spanish in the past but am currently learning to improve my Spanish after living in Spain twice. I am an intermediate level and have passed the B1 exam.

I am a native English speaker and am currently going into my fourth year as an English language assistant in Spain, a job which requires me to plan lessons, activities and games for primary school children. I have also worked at an English summer camp two years in a row in Italy which has helped to improve these skills. I am deeply interested in the environment and I’m always looking to learn more about each place I travel to, as well as about gardening and how people live a life closer to nature. I am a fast learner and really enjoy learning from people and sharing skills, and am always looking to try things I may never have done before. I also have experience with waitressing and working in high pressure environments.

I'm a very social person and love to get to know new people from all walks of life. Sharing stories, skills, languages and culture are all things that I value the most in life and I cherish any new experience or relationship I make. I love to relax with a book and some home cooked food, but love just as much a hike in the mountains, a spontaneous trip, or just about anything that involves seeing the world. I have an interests in history, philosophy, and the environment and I love to meet people who can further my knowledge in any way.
