Hello everyone :)

My name is Ella! I am relentless in my pursuit of knowledge. I want to know everything, see everything, and experience everything.

Currently, I’m on summer break from university. I study mechanical engineering and business, but I have a taste for adventure. I blame this on my love of reading (currently I’m reading Dune). I spent my childhood getting lost in stories of traveling to far-off places. It’s always been my goal to get out and explore the world!

People describe me as extraverted, hard-working, passionate, high-energy, and enthusiastic. I love working with my hands and problem-solving. I was raised in a single-parent household and am quite independent. I have two younger siblings.

I grew up in Western Canada (Alberta and Manitoba). I love music and I teach piano. Last summer, I studied in Stuttgart, Germany. I started learning German, and I’d love to improve! I spent my free time seeing parts of Europe. My Instagram is @ellajean.johnson

I speak English and am enrolled in university for mechanical engineering and business. I can teach math (in English) or teach English (also in English). I am outgoing and able to meet new people. I have played piano since I was three years old and I now teach! I generally teach the Royal Conservatory of Music curriculum. I’ve owned small dogs before, and I enjoy baking and cooking when I have the time for it. I’ve organized many events before and have leadership experience. I’m decent with computers, fast-paced work, and I like solving problems. I’m good with small children and the outdoors, and I am in good physical condition.
